About WorkLounge
WorkLounge is a family company that operates coworking centers in Prague. We provide furnished and service offices for small and medium teams, design coworking, or shared offices for individuals. You can also choose the meeting rooms or event space for your event or business meeting, or for recording your podcast. We don't want to just rent spaces but also build the WorkLounge community and connect members across branches through various work and informal events.

History of WorkLounge
Lubomír Šilhavý opened jis first coworking with 120 offices in 2010 in Florida. The offices were rented very fast, and thanks to networking events the community of members started to rise. After seven years, this concept of coworking was moved also to Prague, where WorkLounge opened its first branch in Forum Karlin. In 2009, we extended the branch with new spaces and we also opened a new branch in Wenceslas Square.
At that time, Mr. Šilhavý's daughters joined the WorkLounge team and they started to participate in the running of branches. In 2021, despite the time of covid, we opened the branch in Smichov which is located in Mr.Šilhavý's building and community living in Žižkov. In 2023 we are taking over the new location Na Příkopě 14, another coworking location that will impress with its size, location, and terrace in the courtyard.
We are preparing other branches and projects and we announce the opening of a new branch in the near future.
We are very pleased that our members appreciate life at WorkLounge. This brings us new strength and inspiration for further development.
