Rental of conference rooms. What do we offer at WorkLounge?

You face many decisions when hosting an event, but choosing the right venue is the decision that can have the biggest impact. Therefore, when choosing a location and venue, you need to consider several factors: number of visitors, type of event, accessibility of the location, parking availability, length of the event, catering space, technical facilities, cost, etc. You will be looking for a different venue for a corporate Christmas party, gala event or for a press conference or new product presentation.
Conference rooms
We at WorkLounge will be happy to help you with the rental of training rooms. For this type of events we offer two design event spaces, in KarlĂn, PĹ™Ăkop and Wenceslas Square. Wenceslas Square is an ideal location for events in the city centre and for visitors who appreciate the proximity to the metro. There is sufficient privacy for your event, as the room is located in a quiet almost impenetrable part of the coworking space. There is also a small kitchen with catering facilities, which is handy for separating the dining area from the presentation area, for example in the case of business breakfasts or evening events.
If you need better accessibility by car for your event, use our event space in one of the most desirable locations in Prague at the moment - in the heart of KarlĂn. Here we offer a space with a capacity for 60 people with the possibility of renting the adjacent coffee lounge with a kitchenette. By prior arrangement, you can also rent parking spaces in the building, which can be used by the organizers during the preparation or your guests of honor. Parking is of course also available in front of the building on the street or in the paid parking lot.
Seating in the event spaces can be customized at both locations. Do you need more of a seating arrangement for your event, a theatrical setup, or ample space to showcase your products? All can be arranged. Of course, all technical equipment is also available - screen, projectors, TV, HDMI cables and Apple TV, microphones.
Open space for cultural events
If you need a space for a photo shoot, filming, or evening event, you can also rent our open space in the coworking space, where our 5th birthday party took place. We recommend these spaces for cultural and informal events (e.g. author readings, book launches, tastings, etc.). As the space is used for work during the day, it is available for external hire mainly after 5pm in the evening or at weekends.
Representative meeting place
Do you want a change of scenery with your team for a while? Do you need a place for training or a representative space for an important business meeting? You can choose from our meeting rooms for 4 - 25 people in Wenceslas Square, Smichov, Pankrác, PĹ™Ăkop, Ĺ˝iĹľkov or KarlĂn. The rental price includes high-speed internet and a beverage package (coffee, tea, water) for all participants. You can use a whiteboard, TV or flipchart to present your ideas and projects, and we can lend you a Logitech camera for online conference calls at the reception. For longer meetings we recommend meeting rooms with a beautiful view, either of Wenceslas Square or Vitkov.
For WorkLounge members
The meeting rooms and event space can of course be used by our members and we try to adjust the capacity so that some meeting rooms are still available for members. All WorkLounge members get access to an app when they register, through which they can book meeting rooms early. When you purchase any membership, you already receive a certain number of credits for sessions, where 1 credit = 1 hour. Hot Desk membership then includes 1 credit, Dedicated Desk 2 hours and Private Office 3 hours per month. Each registered member receives credits, but the owner of all credits is the entire company. In practice, this means that a company that has rented a 10-seat office with us will receive 60 credits each month, which can be handled by any member and employee of the company. Unused credits are not carried over to subsequent months. Also for event space rental for a corporate event, we offer a member rate for an hourly rental.
