Terms and conditions of NEW YEAR, NEW SEAT
Purpose and general information
The "NEW YEAR, NEW SEAT" promotion is a special WorkLounge promotional offer that allows new clients to receive a 10% discount on their membership when signing a contract between January 20 and February 14. This promotion applies only to new clients who are not current WorkLounge members and have not been WorkLounge members in the past. The terms of this promotion are not legally binding and WorkLounge reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of the promotion at any time without notice.
Terms and conditions for discount
A 10% discount is given to new clients who sign a membership agreement between 20 January and 14 February. Minimum commitment period is 6 months, maximum commitment period is 12 months. The discount is not valid for active members or memberships that have been terminated in the last 3 months. The discount is only valid when signing a contract by 2/14 and is contingent upon payment of the first monthly invoice and service deposit on time.
New Client Policy
This bonus is only offered to those who sign up for a minimum of 6 months membership, with a maximum commitment of 12 months. In case of early termination of membership, the difference between the original price and the discount will be invoiced back. The promotion is only valid for new contracts, not for renewals or changes to existing memberships.
Conditions for obtaining the discount
The minimum commitment for participation in the promotion is 6 months and the maximum is 12 months. This offer is not valid for active members and for clients whose membership has been terminated in the previous 3 months. The discount will be deducted from the monthly fee for the duration of the contract.

The offer is only valid for new contracts signed between 20 January and 14 February 2025
WorkLounge reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without notice. Discounts will only be given if the contract has been entered into during this period.
Liability and legal entitlement
The "NEW YEAR, NEW SEAT" promotion is not legally binding and WorkLounge reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of the promotion at any time without notice. WorkLounge shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by misinterpretation or circumvention of the rules of the promotion. WorkLounge reserves the right to verify compliance with the terms and conditions and to cancel the discount entitlement if abuse of the promotion is suspected.
