This meeting room is ideal for smaller training, business meetings, and presentations. The meeting room offers a flipchart and presentation equipment with which you can easily connect to any device. Drinks (coffee, tea, water) in a form of self-service are included in the price.

WorkLounge members can book the meeting room through our mobile app. For external rental, please contact our event sales manager.

Frequently asked questions

How can I pay?

Before issuing an invoice, we will send you a Contract for the rental of the premises, which you just need to sign electronically and after signing it we will issue an invoice. The invoice will be sent to you in advance and must be paid no later than the day of the event. Payment can be made by bank transfer, or by cash or credit card at the reception.

Do you have meeting rooms available?

Yes, we have 24  meeting rooms in total. There are nine meeting rooms available at the Karlín branch with a capacity of 4 to 25 people, four meeting rooms at the Diamant branch with a capacity of 6 - 25 people, and three meeting rooms at the Smíchov location with a capacity of 6-9 people. All meeting rooms include a flat-screen TV with Apple TV. Newly we also offer meeting rooms for members Na Příkopech, there are 7 of them, with a capacity of up to 25 people.

You can check real-time meeting room availability and make bookings through our WorkLounge app. You can choose your desired location and a specific meeting room. Your credits are then used to reserve it (1 credit = 1 hour in the meeting room). Any changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for your credits to be returned to your account. Should you need to purchase additional credits, you can do so through our App (1 credit = CZK 250 excl. VAT).

Can I book a meeting room even if I am not a member of WorkLounge?

Yes, meeting rooms can be booked at any of our locations. For appointments, contact our event sales manager, event@worklounge.com, who can also provide you with a tour of the premises.

There are a total of 15 meeting rooms with a capacity of 5 to 25 people. Prices and photos of meeting rooms are available on our website. Need a larger place to meet? Check out our event spaces!

What is the cost of a meeting room / event space for members?

If you are a member, you can use the credits you have included in your monthly membership to book meeting rooms. 1 credit is equal to one hour in the meeting room. Additional credits can be purchased via our WorkLounge app. The price of one credit is 250 CZK excl. VAT.
Our event spaces can be reserved with your office manager. As a member, you have a discounted price of1,000 CZK excl. VAT per hour. 

What is the capacity of your meeting rooms?

In general, we offer meeting rooms with a capacity of up to 25 people. If you’re looking for greater capacity, we also offer event spaces with a capacity of 25 - 70 seats. Event spaces can be booked with the event sales manager at event@worklounge.com, or through the form on our website.

How are meeting rooms / event spaces equipped?

Each meeting room includes high-speed WiFi connection, a large flat-screen TV with connection via Apple TV or HDMI. You can also use our portable whiteboards or flipcharts.
Our event spaces also include audio equipment, video projectors, and microphones. 

Do you offer catering? Can I order my own catering?

We do not offer our own catering. However, we are happy to recommend our friendly Musa catering company, which provides small refreshments and professional catering with a full menu including cold and hot cuisine, and if you are interested in alternative Mediterranean to Oriental cuisine, we recommend the excellent Nabu Sandwich. If you have a good experience with the caterer of your choice, it is no problem to provide them with access and facilities to ensure that the refreshments are prepared properly and on time. Beverage package (coffee, tea and water) are included. Wine glasses and plates can be borrowed from us for a fee by prior arrangement.

Do you offer single-day parking?

Yes, we offer single-day parking at the Forum Karlín and it can be arranged through our reception or the location manager. The price is set at 250 CZK excl. VAT/day/car. 

Is there any discount when renting an event space for an extended period of time?

Yes, we provide a discounted rate for conference room rental when booking for multi-day events. You can negotiate the price individually via e-mail of our Event Sales Manager.
